Pit Bulls inspire prayer. I know, when I see one, I pray to the Lord God Jehovah to protect me, but just in case, there's pepper spray and a knife.
On the other side, pit bull enthusiasts are praying that we don't judge their dogs, and that we would be nice and open our hearts. They don't get the fact, that we are tired of their dogs opening hearts in the way of opening veins for extreme blood lettings.

I agree with the part about humans making them what they are. We did that, we are responsible for their existence, their drive to attack, dominate and kill. They have no choice in what they are and what they do. They have no choice thanks to us. We must choose to correct the aberration we created by allowing it to die out. This is the kindest thing we can do for them and all their future victims.
ReplyDeleteFirst, most Pit Bulls are mixes. Second, the ones who are aggressive were bred by the sub-humans who get their jollies from watching them kill each other. The foremost trait of these types of dogs is their tremendous desire to please their people. Get rid of the people who fight dogs, and the fighting traits will die out.

LOL!! Are they really serious in believing that most pit bulls are in any way reluctant to fight? Typical pits will launch into battle with little or no provocation. They don't need any training, sheesh.
So will people and they don't need any training either. There are many more people and animals killed by people then there are by pit bulls. Sick in the head people like you that think the answer is to euthanize all pit bulls. If you can harm an animal without thinking twice about it you can harm a person or child. ReplyDeleteI don't quite understand why you are complaining that it's "hard", being a responsible owner, isn't owning a pit bull a choice? So many of those of us who have had a loved one attacked, we didn't chose it. If it's just too hard to own a pit bull, and manage the stigma and the increased danger and liability of owning one, why not simply choose a less risky breed? There are many wonderful breeds out there that don't have the 3,000% actuarial risk, so basically, chose a non pit bull type, avoid wolf hybrids, and Rottweilers. Why you think only a dog purposely bred for dogfighting is the only type that makes a suitable pet is beyond me, unless you are of course, a dog fighter. You made the choice to be linked with their creation.
I've had Rottweillers, GSDs, Mastiffs, an American Bulldog, and a Malamute. Not one of these dogs has ever even come close to biting a person. I like big dogs and I like bully breeds. You will note that no small breeds ever show up on the lists of biters by breed--not because they don't bite people, but because their bites are no big deal. Any dog will conform to what you want and behavior you do not allow. You Pittie haters are ALL so ignorant.

Would you like more? And this data comes from the Center of Disease Control. What type of dog do you have? It is not that large dogs are vicious it is that they cause more harm then small dogs. I will use German Sheppards for my example. Have you researched German Sheppard attacks? First story that popped up was a lady minding her own business taking her mail to the mailbox when a German Shepprd ran out of the door and attacked her. And no this dog was not owned by a "tattooed felon" it was owned by a police officer. maybe we should euthanize and ban all large dogs. The actual names of some of the more infamous breeds are The American Bully, American Pitbull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier etc etc etc. Those who judge anything or anyone based upon the actions of another especially based upon the actions of an evil human that gets their rocks off by abusing our four legged friend thus creating a very lethal combination. Those who train(I use this term VERY loosely) their bully's or any dog to be a killer for sport should be prosecuted and thrown in prison and throw away the keys. We used many bully's in SF and those animals were and are amazing animals that only want to love their families and protect them even if that means their life. Those that have retired from the teams are now living life with many of us and they are more affectionate and loyal than ANY other breed most people have ever experienced. So do the world a favor and stop putting more hatred in it. There is plenty enough of it without anyone adding anything more. Take that negative energy and actually focus it towards the true enemies of the world and all in it ; IGNORANCE.

ReplyDeleteIn the Talmud, it is written, "Do not breed a savage dog, nor permit a loose stairway". You may want to brush up on the Bible verses that mention dogs. It doesn't seem that dogs are portrayed in a heart warming light in the Judeo-Christian bible. In this verse, there is an inkling that animal husbandry was something that was known, even in ancient times. There are many laws mentioned in the bible on what to do with a savage bull, one that had attacked and caused harm. Use the brain God the creator has endowed you with and USE IT!

I would hazard a guess that most haters could not even identify a pit pull from many other similar "pit" or "bully" breeds.
